Will the waiting never end??

Well, we found out today why we haven't gotten our paper orders yet. Apparently the army has a lack of communication! Go figure, right?!?
Branch hasn't been able to generate paper orders because they need Curt's RTD (Return to Duty) letter from his commander. Commander is saying they don't need it, branch is saying yes, his unit no, branch yes...etc, etc.

This is ridiculous. So now that we WAIT once again to get this RTD letter sent over to branch (and God only knows how long they will take, since we ALL know they like to take their sweet time on paperwork) who knows when we will get our paper orders! Sigh..

I swear one fiasco after another! If Curt would have just taken the retirement we would have been out of here MONTHS ago.

UPDATE: Memo arrived at HRC today (the 20th). I'm surprised it happened so quickly! Now we wait for paper orders again.
