Took 18 days, but Curt's PEBLO just called him, his hand and his knee were found unfit. Yay!!! So now his packet is off to the VA for his ratings. She said their backlogged so it could take up to 2 months. That's the bad news I guess. But at least we have some answers! Finally :)
Now we wait again.....
